| AGREEMENT WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIANS |

| 1. All Nursery School tuition is payable in advance and runs for a full calendar
month from the date of the child's entrance. If a child is out of school because
of illness, vacation, or any other reason, the tuition must be paid.
This is necessary because a nursery school must have a reliable estimated income
if is to meet its operational expenses. |

| 2. In order to terminate a child's attendance at the school, a two week advanced
notice on a signed form is required, or the equivalent in tuition is due. The form is
included in the enrollment package and is available upon request. |

| 3. Because of the cost of keeping teachers overtime, a penalty of $15.00 will
charged for every 15 minutes during which the child is not picked up after 6:00 pm,
to be paid at the time of late arrival. This charge was forced because of many
abuses that were keeping the staff away from their own homes, dinners, classes,
etc. Please be on time. |

| 4. a) |
Tuition paid monthly is due on the first of each month. A $10.00 late fee
will be charged for tuition paid after the 10th. |

| b) |
Tuition paid twice a month is due on the 1st and the 15th. A late fee of $5.00
will be charged for tuition paid after the 5th and 20th. |

| c) |
A fee of $10.00 will be charged for every returned check. |
| |
| 5. It is understood that tuition is subject to change. A one month notice will be given. |
| |
| 6. Children who are either in diapers or pull-ups will be assessed a $25.00 surcharge monthly. |

| 7. Claremont Day Nursery does not give refunds. |
